Sligo Non-Violent Direct Action Training

This NVDA training event is for environmental and social justice activists. It covers non-violent direct action, action planning, protest and the law, affinity group formation and de-escalation techniques.

We use a mixture of discussion groups, role-plays and power-point presentations to get people thinking about and planning for how they might participate in mass civil disobedience and direct action.

Extinction Rebellion is a peaceful movement addressing the climate crisis through non violent direct action (NVDA).
